The item i recieved was damaged or not working

We are very sorry that the product was damaged when it arrived. We can assure you that the product was not sent out from our storage facility in a damaged condition. This means that the item was damaged in shipping. However we will most definetly replace it for you. Please send us a picture of the product and we will assist you further.

We ship from Norway. This means that customers based in Norway will not be subject to toll or custom fees when ordering from fjordofnorway.com. For all other orders please check your governments rules regarding shipping fees, customs and toll.
